نياز به ايتم Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration applet در کنترل پنل

ايتم Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration applet در کنترل پنل Administrative Tools من وجود ندارد.
طبق گفته HELP در Vstudio

Mscorcfg.msc is installed with the Windows Software Development Kit (SDK).

اما بر روی سيستم من علاوه برخود VStudio اينها نيز نصب اند

مشکل من از کجاست؟؟؟؟

مسکه جواب نصب کردن http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=FE6F2099-B7B4-4F47-A244-C96D69C35DEC&displaylang=en هست
اگر درسته که دانلود کنم

سلام دوست عزیز،
شما باید Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 Software Developement Kit -SDK (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=FE6F2099-B7B4-4F47-A244-C96D69C35DEC&displaylang=en) را نصب کنید که البته در DVD نصب ویژوال استادیو نیز وجود دارد ،/
