مرتب کردن رکوردها بر اساس فیلد Memo

چگونه می توان رکوردها را بر اساس مقادیر فیلدی که Memo است مرتب کرد ؟
من برای این کار از خاصیت Indexfieldname استفاده می کنم ولی با پیغام خطای زیر مواجه می شوم :
Sort order cannot be applied
و هنگامی که بر روی فیلد Memo شاخص می گذارم و از خاصیت Indexname استفاده می کنم خطای زیر رخ می دهد :
Current provider does not support the necessary interface for index functionality
در ضمن من از بانک Access و شی Adotable وهمچنین از Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE DB Provider استفاده می کنم .

نمیشه رکوردها رو بر اساس فیلد memo مرتب کرد.
