oracle and sql

با سلام
البته این سوالو من در مورد خیلی از نرم افزارها مطرح کرده ام چون فکر میکنم مساله مهمی است .حالا میخواهم ناخنکی به اوراکل نیز بزنم.در نظر من اوراکل یک دیتا بیس بسیار قوی است و البته یک غول بزرگ که نمیتوان با ان به راحتی کار کرد.ایا این حرف درست است .اصلا مزایای ان نسبت به اس کیو ال و.. چیست؟ایا در ایران از ان استفاده میشودو...؟

First of all Oracle is not a database, it is a RDBMS or more preciously an ORDBMS(Object Relational Database Management System)
2.Why you think it can't be used easily? I think every software needs sound theoretical background ,in this case Relational theory,plus many years of experience and practical knowledge.Oracle is not an exception too.In other word you should be involved it!
3.I think you mean "SQL Server" when you say SQL.In this context there are many comparision documents on the web.Many of them are for business purpose, especially those from Microsoft!You can find more in depth ones in Bloor Research group documents and also I wrote one sometimes ago.
4.Oracle is used in Iran.Why not? Ofcourse it can't be purchased in Iran due to restriction on American companies but I think it is not a matter.Nothing can restrict humans from gathering knowledge.Personally,I have been involved in Oracle based projects successfuly .
