مشکل با کوچک کردن تصویر

می خوام یه عکس از طریق آدرس خوانده بشه بعد در اندازه با پهنا 50 کوچیک بشه اینم کدشه

ولی وقتی تصویر کوچیک میشه ارتفاعش (height) درست در نمیاد ، اگر تصویر ارتفاعش کمتر از مقدار مشخص باشه تصویر یک سیاهی پس زمینه داره ، مثل این تصویر که کوچیک شده.
