چک باکس سفارشی

سلام
من میخوام به جای چک باکس های معمول از عکس استفاده کنم.
حالا چون من در PHP مهارت ندارم میخواستم بدونم تبدیل کردن اون به عکس مشکلی در ارسال داده پیدا میکنه یا نه؟
