خطا در اجرای localhost

سلام دوستان
چرا لوکال هاستم اجرا نمیشه؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ بااینکه همه ی برنامه های مورد نیازشو نصب کردم
تا چند وقت پیش اجرا میشد ولی الان خطا میده

من با xamp کار میکنم و mysqlاستارت نمیشه
