خطای بر روی کتابخانه emgucv

سلام من این کتابخانه (emgucv-windesktop 3.4.1.2976) را دانلود کردم و میخوام سمپل هاشو اجرا کنم خطای زیر میده - چیکار باید بکنم؟
تابع زیر
