مشکل تابع labelComponents

سلام دوستان

من از Visual Studio(C++‎‎) 2017 و OpenCV 3.4.0 و CUDA 9.1 دارم استفاده می کنم. بعد از کلی مشکلات بالاخره OpenCV و CUDA رو نصب کردم. الان وقتی از تابع labelComponents که برای OpenCV هست استفاده می کنم ولی پیغام خطای زیر رو میده !!! :

OpenCV Error: The function/feature is not implemented (The called functionality is disabled for current build or platform) in throw_no_cuda,
