نوشتن در فایل با دستور MySQL

سلام.
من نمیدانم چرا این دستور از طریق php اجرا نمیشود ولی با استفاده از MySQL درست کار مینماید:

الان متوجه شدم که مشکل از path بوده ، باید path بصورت کامل تعیین گردد
