یک دیسترویی از لینوکس هست که سعی کرده تا جایی که میتونه رابط کاربری ساده ای داشته باشه (مبتنی بر XUL)
بوتش خیلی سریعه (10 ثانیه) و رابطش هم بیشتر شبیه به کیوسک های اینترنت هست (فقط هم شامل یه مرورگره و یه مدیا پلیر)
حجم: 48.7 مگابایت (iso) م
xPUD is an unique Linux consists mainly of a web browser and a media player, with a simple user interface on top of it. It can turn your computer into a kiosk-like station by leverage some web technologies, that makes surfing and watching movies easy as a pie.
We're trying to achieve the following goals in this project:
* lightweight and fast booting
* applications for daily use
* easy-to-use user interface
