sqlserveret 2005 هست . برای اتصال به اون تحت شبکه روش های مختلفی ساپورت میشه . شما از طریق Named Pipes میخواید به اون وصل بشید . که سیستم نمی تونه . میتونه مشکل از شبکه باشه . اگه نتونید وصل بشید از تنظمات اتصال به شبکه SQL server اونو به TCP/IP تغییر بدید احتمالا مشکل حل بشه !

مطمئن شو که هر جا connection.open کردی بعدش connection.close کرده باشی.
