Hello
I am a stupid person when it comes to desktop computers. I bought a virus blocker...app, that was from the school I go to. And after that and a deep virus scan, I could no longer use opera or QQ messenger. I deleted them and downloaded them again, shut down-turn on my computer countless times, but nothing is working. I keep getting a message that something needs to be done with my fire wall and HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP ports.
Recommendations any of you?
