سلام به دوستان عزیز:

برنامه ای با vb6 دارم که گزارشات آن کریستال ریپورت 7 است.
بعضی مواقع با اجرای یک گزارش از محیط vb با پیغام run time error 20997

RUN-TIME ERROR: 20997

This occurs when the supporting files for the print function require the system to be rebooted in order to properly register the dll files during installation.



SOLUTION: Close out all open files and reboot the computer. This allows the system to properly register the new files and the print operation should be successful after that.
