Allen Bauer در وبلاگ خودش عنوان کرده که NASA در یکی از لابراتوارهاش از دلفی برای توسعه یک سیستم تحت عنوان Data Trending & Analysis System (DTAS) استفاده کرده :

We selected Delphi as the development environment because, at the time, it was far above the other environments evaluated in terms of its ease of development, flexibility and power (i.e., it placed no measurable limits on what we could develop). Once we decided to use Delphi, Object-Pascal became the language of choice since it is the language Delphi supports. This was not a sacrifice of any sort since Borland has done an excellent job of developing this language to keep pace with C++ and JAVA. We also find it very easy to use and more rationally organized than the other two languages.
