چگونگی تشخیص کلید های ترکیبی سراسری

چگونه می توان کلید های ترکیبی سراری را تضخیص داد ، مثال وقتی کاربر نرم افزار را اجرا می کند و سپس وارد نرم افزار Notepad ویندوز می شود با زدن کلید ها Ctrl+M پیامی نمایش داده شود .
