تغییر لکیشن کنترل ها در اجرا

سلام
در حین اجرای برنامه امکان تغییر مکان کنترل ها هست؟ من برای تغییر مکان پنل از دستور panel.location.x= 100 استفاده کردم ولی این این کد فقط مقدار برگشتی داره و مقداری نمی گیره.
