گرفتن دستور از طریق اینترنت

با سلام به دوستان گرامی
من میخواستم که برنامه من از طریق اینترنت یک سایت(آدرس) رو بررسی کنه و اگه True بود یک عملی رو انجام بده و منتظر باشد تا آن دستور True شود.
شکلی نیست که برنامه با هر زبانی باشد
