منظور از این خطا چیست؟

چیزی که متوجه می شم اینه که فایل های Resources.resx و Settings.settings مشکلی داره و قابل پردازش نیست
چکار کردید که این طور شد
چیزی به ریسورساتون اضافه کردید و حذف کردید یا...؟
