کد پر ابهام

این کد مربوط می شود به مثال تابع setvect در help خود کامپایلر. از همه ی دوستانی که حتی خیلی کم از این کد سر در می آورند عاجزانه تقاضامندم کمک نمایند. چون من اصلا متوجه نمی شوم.:افسرده:
