ساختن مجدد فلدرها در IIS

سلام دوستان
من یه مسترپیج برای کل صفحات سایتم طراحی کرده بودم
حالا که ویندوزم را عوض کردم و اومدم سایتو دوباره باز می کنم وقتی وارد صفحه design می شم به این پیام های خطا برمی خورم:

"Error Creating Control - UpdatePanel_MasterPage Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component."
"Error Creating Control - UpProgress Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component."
Error Creating Control - cphMain Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component
Error Creating Control - cphMenu Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component

و خلاصه کلی خطای Error Creating Control دیگه که مربوط به سایر آیتم های مسترپیجم می شه
search کردم دیدم یکی یه همچین راه حلی ارایه داده:


My team found a solution, even seemed a little obvious:
1º) We put the Master Page inside the project root (the same that have WEB.Config and Global.asax). I believe this also works for images and other files.
2º) We recreate the structure of folders in IIS, and restart.


This way, the problem are resolved.

قسمت اولو انجام دادم و مسترپیجم تو root برنامه است اما قسمت دوم که گفته ساختار فلدرها رو دوباره در IIS بساز را نمی دونم چه جوری انجام بدم
لطفا راهنمایی کنید
