Designer error

زمان ساختن Table جدید یا Diagram جدید این پیغام رو دریافت می کنم.

در ضمن یه مشکل دیگه اینکه User

sa رو نمی تونم به Userهای DB خودم اضاف کنم.

ًُsql server رو هم عوض کردم مشکلات حل نشد.

That is an internal error,no idea about that,sorry.

But about second question you should know that sa is not a user in SQL Server it is a login and these are completely different things. Search Books Online about login and users.
No need to add sa to a database ,just create a user and map it to sa,if it is really necessary.
