انتقال فوكوس بر روي دوفرم در حالت pup up

با سلام
اگر دو فرم داشته باشيم كه خصوصيت pop up و modal هر دو در حالت true باشد چگونه ميتوانيم با كليك بر روي هر كدام از آنها فوكوس را به آنها منتقل نمائيم يا به عبارتي با كليك بر روي هر كدام ، آن فرم فرم فعال شود ؟

ببینید قابلیت Modal برای این طراحی شده که، تا این فرم بسته نشه ، نشه فوکوس رو به شیء دیگه ای منتقل کرد (و گرنه چه دلیلی برای انتخاب این خاصیت برای فرمه؟؟؟)
