باز نکردن فایل

من یک فایل از دوستم گرفتم ولی حالا که می خواهم باز کنم خطای
Error while trying to run project :unable to start debuuing on the web server,the project is not conigured to be debugged
می دهد و اگر آن را بدون debug با ctrl+f5 اجرا کنم خطای<authentication mode="windows> میدهد.ضمنا من و دوستم هر دو از ورژن 2003 استفاده می کنیم.
من باید چکار کنم.

1) Create Virtual Directory on Your Project Directory
2) Right Click On Virtual Directory; Select "Properties", and then in "Application Settings" part, Click on the "Create" button
3) Enjoy!
