adding some data to a file

Hi there;
I need to open 500 files (Chin.001, .., Chin.500) going to line 20, and end of the already written line add one space and type 0.0 agan an space and add 0.0, close the file and save it and then going to next file.
Something like:
for i:=1 to 500
openfile(chin.i)
gotoline 20
end of line add ' ' ,0.0,' ',0.0
save the file
close it
next i
van anybody please help?
