كانفيگ squid در ubuntu

سلام
من چند روزه يك سوال ,درمورد اشكال در كدهاي كانفيگ تو squid, گذاشتم
:ناراحت:
تورو خدا 1كي جواب بده....
يعني هييييشكي بلد نيس اشكال اين كد كجاشه كه نمي تونه اطلاعات cache كنه؟؟?
