مشکل در کانکشن در ef پس از ساخت و نصب ستاپ برنامه

با سلام من خیلی هم سرچ کردم و راستش تو همین سایت هم 6 تا صفحه آورد مربوط به appconfig و مسایل کانکشن ef
من برنامه رو تو ویژوال استدیو اجرا میکنم و مشکلی نداره فقط یه تابع لود نوشتم براش اما وقتی ازش ستاپ میسازم و سیستم خودمم اجرا میکنم اکسپن کانکشن رو میده و میگه :

چیزی یا کاری رو از قلم انداختم؟؟؟

من یه فایل با پسوند کانفیگ درست کردم و محتوای appconfig رو داخلش کپی کردم و سیو درست شد آیا این کار درست مگه نباید این فایل تو فایل exe مخفی شود؟؟؟؟

فایل کانفیگ توی فایل اجرایی ذخیره نمیشه یه چیز مجزای از برنامه اجرایی میشه.
