راه حل برای بستن آی پی های غیر ایرانی در IIS

سلام
بنده یه سایت دارم با زبون Asp.net که روی سرور 2003 تحت IIS 6.0 ران شده .
الان بنده میخوام بازدید سایتم رو برای تمامی کشورها غیر از ایران ببندم .
جستجوی بسیاری انجام دادم ولی راه حلی براش پیدا نکردم
کسی میتونه کمک کنه ؟

ابتدا فایل تکستی را با محتوای لیست IP کاربران اسرائیلی تولید می‌کنیم که برای دستیابی به range ip اسرائیل می‌توانید از سایت زیر استفاده نمایید:
http://www.countryipblocks.net
سپس کد زیر را در متد Application_BeginRequst در فایل Global.ascx می‌نویسیم:

من میخوام فقط آی پی های ایرانی بتونن وارد بشن .

آی پی ها رو توی یک جدول دیتابیس بریز موقع ورد طرف چک کن اگر وجود داشت اجازه بده کار خاصی نداره

عزیزان بنده آماتور هستم و برنامه نویسی Asp بلد نیستم .
اگر میتونم خودم راه بندازم که راهنمائی کنید
اگرم نمیتونم که هزینه راه اندازی رو تو پخ اعلام کنید .
من میخوام فقط ایپی های ایرانی وارد سایت بشن و برای آیپی های غیر ایرانی صفحه عدم دسترسی بیاد .
