سلام.
به گمانم جستجو نکردید وگرنه پیدا میکردی براحتی :
You cannot install .NET Framework 4.5 or any edition of Visual Studio 2012 on Windows XP.
XP is not a supported OS for these new products.

روی xp دات نت 4 هم نصب نمیشه یا اگر هم بشه با دردسر چه برسه به 4.5
