درخواست یک کلاس دانلود خوب

سلام
یه کلاس برای دانلود فایل از روی سرور میخوام
یه کلاس که مطمعن باشه و قابلیت دانلود فایل با دانلود منیجر رو داشته باشه و رم رو زیاد اشغال نکنه
و در چند کانکشن بده
نهایت سرعت رو داشته باشه و یا بشه سرعتش رو تنظیم کرد
و ریزوم داشته باشه
و راستی دوستان من نمیتونم از x-sendfile استفاده کنم چون وقتی از اون استفاده میکنیم خودش حجم فایل رو میده ولی من باید یک حجم از پیش تعیین شده با هدر بفرستم و به همین دلیل نمیشه !!
کلاسی که الان استفاده میکنم اینه : (ولی بعضی وقتها سرعتش پایین میاد فکر میکنم رم زیاد میگیره)
