مرجع برای کتابخانه های GCC

سلام
می خواستم بدونم مرجعی هست که این کتابخانه ها رو توضیح داده باشه یا باید بصورت موضوعی ( مثلاً شبکه ) دنبالش بگردم ؟
درضمن در لینوکس چجوری میشه مشخصات کلاس ها و توابع عضوشان ( آرگومانهای دریافتی ,مقادیر بازگشتی و ... ) در یک سرفایل (h.*) رو بدست آورد ؟

از راهنماییتون ممنونم , نسخه ی الکترونیکی کتاب فوق رو تهیه کردم.
فقط یه چیزه دیگه ,در مورد مشخصات کلاس ها و توابع عضو که در بالا مطرح کردم , راهی هست ؟

دستور man چیزی غیر از اطلاعاتی که توسط هر ادیتوری داده میشه , نسبت به اون فایل , در اختیار نمیزاره بعنوان مثال در فایل iostream.h

هیچ اطلاعاتی در مورد تابعی مثله ( )cin.getline و پارامترهاش نمیده.
اون سایت رو هم در چند پست گذشته ی جناب اینپراز دیده بودم , منظور بنده از مرجع , مرجع برای کامپایلر بود , در هر صورت از از توجهتون ممنونم.
