شناخته نشدن dll موجود در refrence

سلام.

من Stimulsoft.Report.Mvc رو به Refrence پروژه اضافه کردم ولی وقتی توی _layout مینویسم
@using Stimulsoft.Report.Mvc;
پیغام میده که:
The type or namespace name 'Stimulsoft' could not be found

پروژه رو Build , Rebuild , reset کردم ولی فایده نداشت
کسی می تونه راهنمایی کنه؟
