خطا هنگام نصب Composer

سلام هنگام نصب composer این خطا رو می ده

Some settings on your machine make Composer unable to work properly.Make sure that you fix the issues listed below and run this script again:


The openssl extension is missing, which means that secure HTTPS transfers are impossible.
If possible you should enable it or recompile php with --with-openssl




اصلا composer.phar رو دانلود نمی کنه.

داره میگه که open ssl صب نیست
اگه با ومپ هستی روی لوکال , پنجره ومپ رو باز کن و برو به

php > php extensions

از لیستی که باز میشه php_openssl رو تیک بزن و بعد ومپ رو ریست کن

من این کار رو کردم با wamp بازم همین خطا رو میده
