مشکل در استفاده از راه حل SqlInjection ?

سلام
دوستان با توجه به مقاله استاد نصیری از کلاسهای Encryption در برنامه استفاده کرداه ام
در نسخه Debug مشکلی نیست ولی در نسخه Release تمام رشته هایی که متد
SecureConnection.GetCnxString برمی گرداند تهی است. :متفکر:

اما مشکلتون،من فکر میکنم با این قسمت مشکل دارید.فایل ReadMe:

Creating the encrypted connection string for BestLogin:
a. Open the Web.config file.
b. Copy the value for the cnxNWindBetter AppSettings value to the clipboard.
c. Run EncryptCnxString.aspx. Paste the copied text into the String to Encrypt
control.
d. Click on the Encrypt button. Copy the value from the Encrypted String control
to the clipboard.
e. Back at the web.config file, paste the copied encrypted string into the value
replacing '--replace this value--'.
f. Modify the authentication section so that BestLogin is now used and test it
out by bringing up the default.aspx page.
