کار با jpcap

دوستان عزیزی که تجربه استفاده از jpcap در eclipse رو دارند
به من بگید چطور می تونم اونو در eclipse راه اندازی کنم
من فایل jpcap.dll رو به فایل جاوا در پوشه bin و به پوشهsystem32 در پوشه ی windows
و همچنین jpcap.jar رو در پوشه جاوا به پوشه ی فرعی lib/ext اضافه کردم
روی پروژه ی جاوا مورد نظرم کلیک راست و
properties را انتخاب و درBuiltpath فایل جاوای jpcap رو به کتابخانه جاوا اضافه کردم
ولی بعد از اجرای یک برنامه httpsniffer این پیغام دریافت میکنم
jpcap package cannot be resolved

مشکل کار از کجا است؟
