خطا در نصب اسکریپت

سلام دوستان
من تازه تئو این سایت عضو شدم و اصلاعاتم در مورد برنامه نویسی php در حد کمی ایدت و html هست.
الان یک مشکل برام پیش اومده میخواستم راهنمیای کنید لطفا، در هنگام نصب یک اسکریپت برای مزایده دامین این پیغام خطا رو میده میخوام ببینم اشکال کار کجا هست.
