رفع خطا ارتقا برنامه از VB.NET 2005 به 2013

سلام به همه دوستان عزیز
من یک برنامه را با vb.net 2005 نوشته ام
اما الان که آن را با Vb2013 باز می کنم خطا زیر را میده (می خواهم ارتقاء بدهم)

Could not resolve mscorlib for target framework '.NETFramework,Version=v2.0'. This can happen if the target framework is not installed or if the framework moniker is incorrectly formatted
ممنون میشم کمکم کنید که چطور این خطا را درست کنم

ممنون عزیزم از راهنمایتان
میشه راهنمایی رو فارسی یگویید
من نفهمیدم که چکار باید بکنم
mscorlib استفاده شد در دات نت 2005 ورژن فریم ورک 2
چطوری میشه پاکش کرد و فریم ورک 4 کنمش
آخه توی رفرس ها برنامه هم نیست
ممنون میشم راهنمایی کنین

مشکل حل شد
فریم ورک برنامه را چهار قرار دادم درست شد
