Eclipse 3.2 is part of the Callisto (http://eclipse.org/callisto) release train. Callisto is about improving the productivity of the developers working on top of Eclipse frameworks by providing a more transparent and predictable development cycle. By releasing ten projects at the same time, the goal is to eliminate uncertainty about version compatibility and make it easier to incorporate multiple projects into your environment.

The ten projects are:
Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) Project (http://www.eclipse.org/birt/)
C/C++ IDE (CDT) (http://www.eclipse.org/cdt/)
Data Tools Platform (DTP) (http://www.eclipse.org/datatools/)
Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF) (http://www.eclipse.org/emf/)
Graphical Editing Framework (GEF) (http://www.eclipse.org/gef/)
Graphical Modeling Framework (GMF) (http://www.eclipse.org/gmf/)
Eclipse Project (http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/)
Eclipse Test and Performance Tools Platform Project (TPTP) (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/)
Eclipse Web Tools Platform Project (WTP) (http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/)
Visual Editor (VE) (http://www.eclipse.org/vep/)Callisto's installation is unique for Eclipse: you download a small platform runtime, and then select specific features you like.

The Eclipse Callisto release is live and ready for downloading from the Eclipse Callisto (http://eclipse.org/callisto) site.
