خطا در پروژه جدید

با سلام
من یک پروژه جدید در eclipse ایجاد کردم .به هیچ کدی یا تنضیماتی دست نزدم .همین اول کار چند تا خطا گرفته:
1.Multiple annotations found at this line:
- The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.
- error: Error parsing XML: junk after document element

2.error: Error: No resource found that matches the given name (at 'contentDescription' with value '@string/id').
برای این خطا در فایل string.xml یک استرینگ با نام id ایجاد کردم اما خطا رفع نشد.
دوستان اگر اطلاعاتی در این مورد دارید لطفا راهنمایی بفرمائید
