خطای Server Error in '/' Application

سلام
چند وقتی هست که هر پروژه ای رو ران میکنم پیغام زیر رو میده

آقا اصلا هر صفحه .aspx جدیدی ایجاد میکنم هم وقتی ران میکنم باز همین خطا رو میده ولی مثلا صفحه html رو باز میکنه.
ویژوال استادیه رو پاک کردم و دوباره نصب کردم ولی باز همین مشکل هست.
لطفا راهنمایی کنید. این ویژوال استادیو چه مرگشه؟؟؟؟

به این نشونی در ویندوز بروید:

Control Panel ->> Programs ->> Programs and Features ->> Turn Windows features on or off ->> Internet Information Services

همه گزینه های سرویس رو فعال کنید.
