اشکال در هنگام build در Microsoft.DotNet.Common.targets

وقتی update 3 رو روی Visual Studio 2015 نصب کردم و یک پروژه Asp.Net Croe از هر دو نوع .Net Core یا .Net Framework میسازم موقع build ارور میده
