مشکل با اجرای اندروید استادیو

سلام من اندروید استادیو نصب کردم این خطا میده چکار کنم

طبق اموزش این لینک مقدار heap (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/30045417/android-studio-gradle-could-not-reserve-enough-space-for-object-heap%3E)رو تغییر بده ، بعدش اندروید استودیو رو ریستارت کن

سلام وقتی میخوام پروژه جدیدی رو تو android studio اجرا کنم با این ارور مواجه میشم
