درمورد فیلد ایمیل وچک کردن آن

من می خواستم بدونم چطوری میشه چک کرد توی یه فیلد که این ایمیلی که طرف وارد می کنه درسته یا نه یعنی مثلا @ داره یا نه و یا حتما www. نداشته باشه و از این چیزها
