Step 1: Make a list of the institutions you're interested in attending, then research their language requirements. Email the program coordinator if you were having trouble finding the language qualifying requirements.

2-If the IELTS was not needed as evidence, you might submit an online application for the program.

3-After completing all required paperwork, if you are a graduate-level candidate (Master's or Ph.D.), you could be called for a face-to-face interview. The interview is particularly for programs that require research or a thesis.

4-If you get an acceptance letter, you should have your visa paperwork ready once the results are announced. You could sometimes pay the institution the deposit to guarantee their enrollment in the program. Usually, a deposit is not refundable.
5-If you meet all other conditions, including having a decent GPA, you may apply for a study visa in the US without taking the IELTS test. It is strongly advised that you demonstrate to the officer that you will be enrolling in an English course at the target institution.

Without IELTS, is I still eligible for a conditional offer letter in Canada?

Some Canadian institutions may provide conditional acceptance letters to candidates, informing them that they have been accepted to the college subject to specific requirements. So, in order to qualify for enrollment, you must fulfill extra conditions. This shows that despite the institution's perception of you as a valuable prospective addition, they still need more details or your cooperation before they can completely accept you and enroll you as a student.

Though not all colleges produce these letters, those that do routinely utilize them to admit overseas students before they have met certain paperwork and language proficiency requirements.

Most applicants to colleges get letters of conditional or unconditional admission in the mail or online. Additional details regarding the requirements you must meet in order to enroll as a student are provided in these letters. This letter of conditional admission is seen in the image below.
