چگونگی تعیین موقعیت پیشفرض اسکرول بار افقی [بایگانی]

سلام

برای این که موقعیت پیش فرض اسکرول بار عمودی رو مشخص کنیم ، از a name استفاده میکنیم.
حالا برای این که موقعیت پیش فرض اسکرول بار افقی رو تعیین کنیم ، چه باید کرد؟
