استفاده از یک دیتابیس با برنامه ویندوز و وب سایت

سلام یک دیتابیس روی سیستم دارم sql express اتچ کردم روی مننجمنت

حالا با برنامه ویندوزی .exe وصل میشه بد.ن مشکل ولی وقی که با asp.net وصل میشم این اخطار و میده

ولی وقتی برنامه ویندوزی و میبندم asp.net بدون مشکل اطلاعات و میخونه

لطفا راهنمایی فرمایید ایا راهی وجود داره با هردو روش بتونم روی دیتابیس کارکنم

به نظر میاد دیتابیس لوکال باشه اینجوریه
