SUS Sync error, Error 0x8007000D: The data is invalid

سلام به همه آقا یه مشکل با سوس برخوردم که حل نمیشه موضوع از این قراره
وقتی میخوام سینچروناز کنم این پیغام میاد

Alert :
"your server was unable to synchronize with the microsoft windows update servers. clicking ok displays more information in the synchronize log."
Log file error :
errors:
"failed to download from url 'http://www.msus.windowsupdate.com/msus/v1/aucatalog1.cab'. (error 0x8007000d: the data is invalid".)

من فایل رو دستی دانلود کردم و گذشتام تو d:\SUS\content\cabs\ سرویس رو یه بر ریستارت کردم
ولی بازم همون مشکل پیش امد؟
کسی چیزی میدونه ؟
