نوشتن store procedure

من می خوام یک پروسیجر برای کد زیر بنویسم که چند حالته است به نظر شما بهترین روش چیه؟

يك چنين پراسيجري رو فكر كنم آقاي mafaman2003 توي امضاش داشت .يه نگاه بندازين
