دیتا بیس در entity framework code first ساخته نمیشود !

با درود
من یک مدل دارم به این شکل

public class Person

    {

        public int id { get; set; }

        public string name { get; set; }

        public string Family { get; set; }

    }

و یک کلاس context برای code first

  public class PersonContext : DbContext

    {

    }

و conection string نیز به صورت زیر است

اما من دیتابیس ساخته نمیشود
OS : ویندوز 8
Visual stduio 2012
روی سرور خودم هم امتحان کردم به غیر از LocalDB اما باز نشد
لطفا راهنمایی کیند
