مشکل در استفاده از TLS

با سلام خدمت اساتید محترم
من میخوام یک مسنجر تحت xmpp بنویسم
اما سرور به پروتکل SSL گیر میده و میگه باید از پروتکل TLS استفاده کنم
این در حالی است که فایل DLL به طور پیش فرض از پروتکل SSL استفاده میکنه
چه جوری میتونم تغییرش بدم که به طور پیش فرض از TLS استفاده کنه؟
