اشکال در پیکر بندی SESSION FACTORY

سلام دوستان عزیز من شروع به یادگیری spring mvc کردم و در اولین برنامه ای که نوشتم با این دو ارور مواجه شدم که هرچی فکر میکنم نمیدونم مشکل از کجاست اگر میتونید کمکم کنید ممنون
